Exchanges/Returns:
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason you can return it or exchange it postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Item must not be worn, washed or damaged and in the same condition with Bark Babes tags attached (if applicable).
*Remember, If we made any changes to your order or the design, it's classified as a custom order. Due to their nature, custom orders are final sale.
If your item arrived damaged, please reach out to me within 3 days, I will take care of you :)
Please include a note in the return with the following stated:
- Write name on order
- Write order number
- Write item is an exchange OR return
- Write what size you need and write "same design" if you just want to change the size for an exchange.

-Once your package has been received and approved, we will send you a new shirt free of charge if you are exchanging.
*Note not all items will be in stock. In that case, you will be refunded instead of exchanging.
